Founded with the vision of strengthening communication, documentation, and creative exchange within the puppetry community, The Newsletter of UNIMA Puppeteers Trust - India serves as a vibrant platform connecting UNIMA members and puppetry practitioners across the world. Since its first edition in September 2021, initiated by Smt. Ratnamala Nori, Mr. Maneesh Pachiaru, and Ms. Ranjana Pandey—the publication has continued to archive and share news reports, articles, festival and workshop updates, activity highlights, and emerging puppet productions from diverse cultural contexts. Guided by a dedicated editorial team including Ranjana Pandey, Maneesh Pachiaru, Dr. Moushumi Bhattacharjee, Subhasis G. Neogi, Dharanya, Choiti Ghosh, Padmini Rangarajan, Rahul Aggarwal, Ridhi Aggarwal, and Rinti Sengupta.
The Newsletter aspires to nurture meaningful networking, collaborative learning, and global artistic exchange while contributing to the continued growth of UNIMA India and the wider puppetry fraternity.
